Project Description:

SysReforms has successfully completed the System Strengthening project for Departments of Health, Population Welfare Department and PPHI, Government of Balochistan. The project encompassed the digitization of several critical aspects of the supply chain within the health sector. This included the implementation of a web-based LMIS inventory management module at the district level for PPHI/Department of Health and PWD Balochistan, aimed at facilitating last-mile reporting. Additionally, comprehensive training and implementation of Hepatitis C Management Information System (MIS) were conducted at both provincial and district levels. Furthermore, support was provided in the development of Supply Chain Management guidelines and reports for the Departments of Health and PWD Balochistan, alongside the digitization of Forecasting and Supply Planning (FASP) to quantify contraceptives and MNCH commodities. The project also involved offering technical assistance to procure essential medicines and contraceptives, including support in developing bidding documents, and contributed to the revision of the Essential Medicines List and MNCH Very Essential Medicines List for the Health Department, Balochistan.
