Project Description:
SysReforms is providing services of design, development and deployment of the Web-based platform & the Energy Monitoring System for Market Transformation for Sustainable Rural Housing in Uzbekistan. This includes creation of Digital Resource Center software (Web platform and Energy Monitoring System) and its integration with the existing website of Research Institute of Technical Regulation and Standardization in Construction. The web platform features construction regulations and reports in text form with downloadable PDF documents. It also includes publications and News. SysReforms has developed Administration Module, Authorization Module (User management), and Energy Monitoring System. The dashboards based on the data, like total electricity consumption, natural gas consumption, Average specific energy in homes by region/climate zone will provide a comprehensive picture to the users for policy and operational decisions. Training and capacity building of the key staff on the system to ensure optimum utilization is part of the overall project.
