Development of Digital Resource Center on Energy Efficient Housing Construction
Project Description
SysReforms provided design, development and deployment of the web-based platform and the Energy Monitoring System for Market Transformation for Sustainable Rural Housing in Uzbekistan. This includes the Digital Resource Center software and its integration with the existing website of the Research Institute of Technical Regulation and Standardisation in Construction.
The web platform features construction regulations and reports in text form with downloadable PDF documents, plus publications and news. SysReforms developed the Administration Module, Authorization Module (user management), and the Energy Monitoring System.
Dashboards on total electricity consumption, natural gas consumption, and average specific energy in homes by region and climate zone give users a comprehensive picture for policy and operational decisions. Training and capacity building of key staff is part of the overall project.
